Ethiopia is belived to be the birth place of coffee, and it is fitting that some of the finest coffees in the world come from the country. This great coffee comes from the Yiragacheffe region, and is one of our all time favorites. It has good acidity, and moderate body with a citrus-lemon note.A very speical coffee which we use in some of our blends.
